Your order is processed by BumblebeeCreations.ie the moment it is received, we endeavour to despatch goods within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Some items take up to 5 working days to be despatched. If despatch is likely to take longer than 5 working days from receipt of payment, you will be notified. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, cheque, postal order or money order. Please ensure you can supply proof of payment and/or postage in the event of a dispute arising. Payment can also be made securely on-line by debit/credit card. Prices of individual items typically do not include delivery charges except where indicated. We employ third-party courier services and use An Post to deliver your gifts. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. BumblebeeCreations.ie cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient's address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier/postperson obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.
It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone will be home to sign for/receive the gift, which will be delivered by third party couriers/postpersons. Where the courier/postperson is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier/sorting office and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or agree an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the courier/postperson. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to BumblebeeCreations.ie and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need.
GIFT WRAPPING
Where gift wrapping is purchased - items are wrapped in appropriate wrapping paper/box. A gift card is included. The card will be completed by us with your message when the item is sent directly to the giftee. If the item is being despatched to the purchaser - the card is left blank for the purchaser to complete themselves. A gift card is only included when gift wrapping has been purchased.

€1.30 delivery on orders up to 5 euro
€3.00 delivery on orders between 5 and 25 euro
€5.00 delivery on orders between 25 and 45 euro
€8.00 delivery on orders between 45 and 99 euro
Free delivery on orders over 125 euro

€10 - subject to weight, extra will be notified
