Your order is dispatched using An Post - express signed for service.  If you don't receive your order within 3 days of receiving your dispatch notification please contact An Post either online or by phone quoting your tracking number provided in your dispatch notification email.  We don't deliver to Parcel Motels.  An Post don't rely on Eircodes/Postcodes to deliver mail to Republic of Ireland, please supply full postal address.


Your order is processed by the moment it is received, we endeavour to despatch goods within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Some items take up to 5 working days to be despatched.  If despatch is likely to take longer than 5 working days from receipt of payment, you will be notified.  Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, cheque, postal order or money order.  Please ensure you can supply proof of payment and/or postage in the event of a dispute arising.  Prices of individual items typically do not include delivery charges except where indicated. We use An Post to deliver your gifts. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.    WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE GONE ASTRAY IN TRANSIT.  ONCE YOUR ORDER IS DISPATCHED WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.  Claims for non-delivery must be made within 3 working days of despatch notification.  A working day is - Monday to Friday excluding bank, public and store holidays.  IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION WITH AN ORDER NUMBER AT TIME OF ORDERING, PLEASE EMAIL ASAP. For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, cannot be held responsible for importation taxes/duty charges.

All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient's telephone number. cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient's address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the postperson obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.

It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone will be home to sign for/receive the gift, which will be delivered by An Post. Where the postperson is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the sorting office and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or agree an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the postperson. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need.


Where gift wrapping is purchased - items are wrapped in appropriate gift bag. A gift card is included.

There is a flat fee of €5.75 for delivery to addresses in the Republic of Ireland.  Delivery is via An Post, Express, Signed for Service.
